About the role…

The key responsibilities of the role will involve, but are not limited to:

  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Expediting Supplier & Customer Purchase Orders
  • Branch Email Inbox delegation
  • Facilitate and co-ordinate purchasing with the sales team.
  • Providing general administration support to the Sales Team & Warehouse.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Administration experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook – Essential
  • A high level of professionalism, supported by strong communication and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently & as well as part of a wider team.
  • Above all, passion to be the best and continually raise the standard!
